On April 26, 2019, Drums held its sixth-annual Customer Appreciation Day at Whitetail Preserve in Sugarloaf, PA. The event focused on interacting with customers, generating interest in Highway's equipment lineup, and having fun.

"Customers and staff battled with the weather for the first half," said Ryan Flood, Vice President. "Those who were brave enough to come out for the equipment show and shoot at the range found good food and enjoyment when the skies partially cleared. All in all, about 90 folks came out to participate with the Highway sales staff to see a range of new equipment models from Volvo CE, Kage, Diamond Mowers, Bobcat, and Doosan Portable Power."

Activities included:

  • Equipment demos

  • Skeet shooting

  • Trap shooting

  • Sporting clays

"This was my first time attending the Whitetail event, so I was excited to see the quality customer and sales staff interactions," said Walt Vosbrink, Territory Sales Manager, Drums. "I look forward to bringing my customers next year."
